Order is processed as below:

Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been confirmed. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

-Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Japan and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

1.Requirements:
Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
- you posted a Return request within 6 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
- the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- the ordered item is out of stock.
- Once your order is shipped out, we are not able to accept your cancellation request.

2) We accept return(s) if:
- you receive a product different from your order; or
- you receive a defective product.

**Return Instructions
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within 3 days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unused.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

*Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by us.

3) We do not accept return(s) if:

- you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
- you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- the products are damaged due to your mishandling
- your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

*Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4) If there is a missing item from your order:

*Contact our customer service center by forum or email within 1 day of delivery.
*Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or canceled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

About returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

With the exception of some products, returns are possible.

Returns and exchanges of apparel products We ask that you submit at least one photo of the product placed on a flat surface so that the entire product can be seen so that we can verify the issue. Depending on the content of the problem, we may also ask for close-up photos.

If the product is lost in transit, the deadline is 5 days from the latest estimated delivery date.

For shipments to China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, and Indonesia, purchases of 20,000 yen or more will receive free shipping.
For purchases of less than 20,000 yen (tax included), a shipping fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) will be charged.

In the case of shipping to the United States and Canada, shipping will be free for purchases of 20,000 yen or more.
For purchases of less than 20,000 yen (including tax), a shipping fee of 6,600 yen (including tax) will be charged.

Products that do not have "Fast Shipping" in the product name are not eligible for free shipping regardless of the total amount.

How long does it take for the item to be shipped?

Can I change the shipping address after completing the order?

Could you send it together with another order?

Due to the specifications of the order system, products are shipped by order number.

Items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together.

Also, please note that we cannot combine regular items with [Speedy Shipping] and [Other than Speedy Shipping] even within the same order.

If the item is returned due to long-term absence

If you do not receive the ordered product for 6 days after shipment, the storage period at the delivery company will expire and it will be returned to us.
The person in charge will contact you by e-mail once, but if you do not receive a reply or if you wish to cancel, the order will be automatically canceled.
Please note that the orderer will be billed for the return shipping fee (regular shipping fee), the shipping fee at the time of shipping, and the re-shipping fee.

In addition, the price you have paid will be refunded after cancellation. Please note that shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I add/change products?

Can I change the billing information specified for credit card payment?

An error occurred when choosing credit card payment

If your payment is not completed and an error occurs, it may be due to the following reasons.

Can I delete or change the credit card information I used when placing an order?
