Payment

You can pay by credit card, various convenience store payments, various smartphone payments, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Please refer to the following for each payment method.

We accept VISA / Master card / AMEX / JCB.

■ Various convenience store payments
It cannot be used for orders over 300,000 yen (including tax).
If payment cannot be confirmed within 3 days after placing an order, the order will be automatically canceled.

■ PayPal

■ Amazon Pay

Payment is completed at the time of ordering. If you do not receive an order completion email and are unsure whether your order has been completed correctly, please contact us using the inquiry form .

Due to the specifications of the order system, it is not possible to change the payment method once confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

If you wish to change to another payment method after completing your order, you will need to cancel your order and purchase the desired product again.

Due to the specifications of our ordering system, we are unable to accept changes to the billing address, address, or telephone number. Thank you for your understanding.

If your payment is not completed and an error occurs, it may be due to the following reasons.

- Incorrect card details (card number, security code, etc.)

- the card has expired

- Denial of payment by card company

We are unable to identify the cause, so please ask your credit card company for details.

Credit card information entered at the time of ordering cannot be deleted or changed later.
Also, since we do not store your credit card information, we cannot confirm the details of your card information. Thank you for your understanding.
